Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing using hotel management software.
- Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a positive experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the hotel’s front desk operates seamlessly during evening hours.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations.
- Experience in guest services or front desk roles within hotel environments.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems (PEP).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems professionally.
