Please note: Sunday availability is required for this position, as weekends are an essential part of our breakfast service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently
- Handle manual tasks including food portioning, weight handling, and replenishing supplies during service hours
- Assist with food preparation tasks like slicing fruits, assembling breakfast platters, and managing dietary accommodations when needed
- Ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times, including dietary restrictions and allergy considerations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or restaurant settings
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and food safety management enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and POS systems ensures smooth daily operations
- Demonstrated ability to handle weight safely in the workplace and follow manual handling procedures is essential
