Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Hilton brand preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
