Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, processing hotel linens, cleaning guest rooms, and assisting with public area cleanliness as needed.
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and bedding.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room.
- Inspect linens for stains, damage, and quality standards.
- Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
- Make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Clean hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost and found items.
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
- Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
