Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with food preparation, including cooking and meal presentation.
- Serve breakfast items to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer service experience is essential; hospitality background is a plus.
- Skills in cleaning, bussing, and maintaining a tidy work environment are required.
