The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling as necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized filing system for guest records and other important documentation.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold confidentiality of guest information while adhering to company policies.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in calendar management and organizational tasks.

Must be a self starter and not depend on others to get you motivated to work. There are often long periods of down time where your time is your own. This means it is significantly easier to fall into a pattern and not complete tasks in the given time. You must be able to manage time correctly without daily direction.
Hours
Able to work 12 hour shifts 2 to 3 days per week. Our shifts are 7 to 7. We do not guarentee hours, days, or shifts. We work as a team.
