We are seeking a Chief Engineer to join our team at Hampton Inn. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance activities within the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all hotel systems.
- Supervise engineering staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with schematics, low/high voltage systems, and maintenance management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
