Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of breakfast service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, buffet stations, and seating areas
- Monitor guest needs throughout breakfast hours, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Support team members in serving food and beverages when needed, ensuring high standards of hospitality are upheld
Requirements
- Previous experience as a host/host or in food service is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Experience working in restaurants or hotels, particularly during breakfast service, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest services and serving techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
