Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Utilize schematics and ohmmeters to diagnose problems
- Oversee facilities maintenance and repairs
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Supervise contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
-Pool chemicals and checking of pool and hot tub daily
-Cleaning of Hot tub
-Be available Weekdays and rotate weekends
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in residential painting and general maintenance tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to work on various equipment and systems
- Electrical expertise including working with logic controllers
- Experience supervising maintenance staff or external contractors
- Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
- Strong customer service skills to interact with building occupants
