Front Desk Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all guest needs are met efficiently.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in, ensuring a smooth registration process.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be available weekends
• Shift 3-11 and weekends

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit processes and phone etiquette.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
