YOUR HOURS AS A FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
This part-time position works evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
As a Front Desk Attendant, you are the first impression our guests have as they enter our hotel. Friendly and outgoing, you check guests in and out with a smile. As guests come in or call with questions, you enthusiastically provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities. There is so much opportunity to spread joy, and you love doing your part!
When registering guests, you are sure to collect the necessary information. You work with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are clean and fully stocked. If you receive a complaint, you're quick to respond. You leave at the end of your shift proud of the part you played in helping our guests create memorable experiences!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic computer skills
