Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently
- Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, concierge services, and local information
- Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily transactions to maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain guest relations by providing personalized service and ensuring comfort throughout their stay
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software
- Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hotel operations procedures
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and multi-task efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; hospitality management background highly valued
