Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff.
- Experience in hospitality or custodial management is a plus.
