Duties
- Oversee the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest comfort throughout your shift
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel
- Document all shift activities accurately through detailed reports and logs to ensure seamless handovers
- Support guest relations by offering multilingual assistance when needed and fostering a hospitable environment
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to guest interactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments and guest services standards
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality roles that require attention to detail and problem-solving skills
