Night Auditor / 3rd Shift Front Desk – Join Our Team!
Are you dependable and enjoy working independently? Our hotel is looking for a dedicated Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate to join our 3rd shift team (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a calm overnight environment while ensuring guests feel welcomed, safe, and well cared for.
Position Options:
- Full-Time: 5 nights per week (currently: Sunday through Thursday)
- Part-Time: Approximately 2-4 nights per week (currently: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday are available)
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and check in late-arriving guests with warmth and professionalism
- Accurately process payments
- Run the Night Audit, generate reports, and ensure all systems roll over correctly
- Monitor property safety, address overnight guest needs, and respond to concerns
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Communicate with housekeeping and management regarding next-day needs
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and restock supplies
- Set up breakfast items and brew coffee for early-morning guests
- Handle guest complaints with calm, effective problem-solving
