Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Cincinnati Eastgate by Hilton. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. Weekends are required.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Skills:
- Experience in floor care, custodial work, industrial cleaning, or related field
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality housekeeping management practices
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
