Guest Service Agent
Job Description:
The Guest Service Agent is a key member of the hospitality team and is responsible for providing exceptional guest service. Duties include greeting guests, answering guest questions, assisting guests with their hotel reservations, providing information about the hotel and its amenities, and ultimately assisting guests with their accommodations.
As Guest Service Agent, you will:
- Provide an exceptional experience to all guests through prompt and courteous service.
- Ensure that all guest needs are met at the front desk by asking guest service questions; obtaining information; confirming reservations or orders; and confirming arrival of luggage.
- Assist guests with directions to the hotel and directions to the resort.
- Provide information about the hotel and its amenities to guests.
- Accurately collect and provide information to guests about the hotel, its amenities, and its location.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the department in accordance with company standards and laws governing the practice of your profession.
- Perform Night Audit Report.
Requirements:
- Hours are Friday and Saturday 11:00pm-7:00 am
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Hotel experience preferred but will train right candidate.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others (verbal and written).
