Outside Sales Rep

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will leverage your sales expertise and knowledge of technology to promote our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Duties

• Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking efforts.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales, preferably in technology-related fields.
• Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability in cold calling and generating new leads.
• Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
