What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseman/Maintenance position at Hampton Inn by Hilton?
The Hampton Inn Oak Grove is now hiring for a Houseman/Maintenance position. 5 days a week. Shift starts at 9 a.m. each day until tasks are complete. Hours range from 5-7 hours a day. Seeking individuals that are energetic, mature, flexible, dependable, trustworthy and able to work any day of the week and weekend. Weekend availability is needed as this is the hotel's busiest time. Weekends will be rotated if necessary.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Housekeeping and Light Maintenance experience preferred but not necessary.
Summary of Job Requirements:
Cleaning public areas throughout the hotel.
Maintaining the indoor swimming pool.
Cleaning the outside parking lot and grounds.
Light Maintenance duties to include changing light bulbs, batteries, unclogging sinks, tubs and toilets. Carpet Shampooing, Preventative Maintenance, Minor Repairs, etc.
Salary based on experience with pay increase after 30-60 days.
