Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including cash handling and financial reports for the overnight shift
  • Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to uphold a secure environment
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are essential
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
  • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
  • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
  • Mitigate customer complaints as needed
  • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
  • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
