Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering friendly and professional assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and guest needs to enhance their experience
• Handle guest requests and complaints with enthusiasm, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Maintain front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and updating guest records in the property management system
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and uphold hotel standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for guest services is essential
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
• Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, along with a passion for hospitality and guest relations

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
