Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service throughout their breakfast experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, beverages, and light snacks, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and replenishing buffet items as needed
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and courteous service in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or banquet settings is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience serving or working in restaurants or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
