The Hampton Inn by Hilton Sulphur is now hiring for full-time Night Auditor. This person must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
- running balanced night audit reports
- Providing front desk services to guests.
- Creating accurate reservations and receipts.
- Delivering mail and messages.
- Coordinating and communicating with other hotel departments
- Using multi-line phone system and computer system.
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
- Processing Suite Shop Charges
- Accommodating general and unique requests.
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
- Managing guest room inventory
Guest Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years customer service /hotel experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- Patience and good listening skills.
Experience working in a hotel is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
The best Night Auditor/Guest Service Representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.
