About the Role
The Room Attendant cleans and prepares guest rooms and assigned areas to brand standards to ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.
Essential Functions
- Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and company standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities and supplies.
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
- Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean, organized condition.
- Follow room assignment schedules and productivity standards.
- Support room turns and priorities as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience
- Housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills & Abilities

Availability
- Scheduling may include weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
