Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in simple maintenance, customer service, and technical abilities to troubleshoot and repair issues though out the day.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests & Staff & management.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Fabricate and maintain equipment as needed, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems effectively.
- Execute hotel painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Operate tools and equipment safely.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests & staff during maintenance activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients.
- Strong customer service skills to address guests concerns professionally.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret guest issues for troubleshooting purposes.
- Skills in normal maintenance techniques to create or repair as needed.
- Familiar with simple maintenance.
