Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Check in and check out guests efficiently, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and addressing guest inquiries promptly.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correct and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, guest requests, and financial summaries for management review.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety inspections of the premises.
- Assist with guest relations by resolving issues swiftly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality management skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel software systems, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality management principles, guest services, and hotel operations is essential.
