Job Summary
Saturday and Sundaty only 5AM-12PM
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, stocking, and maintaining the hotel’s complimentary breakfast area while providing excellent guest service. This role ensures that guests begin their day with a clean, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience that reflects the Hamptonality brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, offering assistance and ensuring a positive breakfast experience.
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area in accordance with Hampton Inn brand standards.
- Monitor food and beverage items, restocking as needed to ensure availability throughout service hours.
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, floors, and equipment.
- Assist guests with special requests, dietary needs, or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Break down and clean breakfast area at the conclusion of service.
- Track inventory of breakfast supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Uphold Hilton and Hampton Inn standards of hospitality and service at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
