Summary

As a Room Attendant at Hampton by Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience, ensuring guests feel safe and relaxed during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels as needed.
• Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
• Maintain accurate records of room status and cleaning schedules.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with hotel operations is an asset but not required.
