We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hotel. This pivotal role involves managing daily cleaning operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in line with brand standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities

• Oversee all cleaning and sanitation activities throughout the facility, including industrial and commercial cleaning tasks.
• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures aligned with safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; coordinate procurement as needed to maintain operational continuity.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction; address any deficiencies promptly.
• Lead team meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with sanitation regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial services, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, industrial cleaning processes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Effective managerial communication skills to provide clear instructions, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in managing laundry operations within a hospitality or similar setting is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
