Night Auditor

```Duties```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and other relevant data
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform financial calculations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in hotel management software systems (e.g., property management systems)
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist guests from different language backgrounds
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Knowledge of phone systems used in hotels for handling incoming calls
