Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and possesses strong organizational skills. As the first point of contact for guest and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop valuable office management and clerical skills in a professional setting. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS, OBTAIN AN INDIANA ALCOHOL PERMIT, AND WORK HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls accurately
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling inquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and updating records with attention to detail
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy; keen proofreading skills for document review
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is advantageous
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
