Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services
- Lead the night audit process to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
- Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette and prompt client communication
- Oversee the use of hospitality reservation systems like PEP and PMS to optimize booking efficiency
- Train and mentor front desk staff on customer service excellence, hotel procedures, and emergency protocols
- Handle guest complaints with problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest security measures
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to enhance overall property operations
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, including guest privacy policies and health & safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front office supervision within a resort or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management systems such as PEP and property management systems (PMS)
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
- Experience managing night audits, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest safety protocols, and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction expertise
