What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant - Part Time position at Hampton Inn and Suites Uptown University?
JOB DESCRIPTION
What will I be doing?
· Setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet area
· Cooking food and restocking food during breakfast hours
· Making coffee for guests
· Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
· Ensuring adherence to all brand standards and health department requirements
· Clearing plates from guest tables and wiping down tables frequently
· Washing dishes and making sure the kitchen is clean before leaving each day
· Prepping for service the next day
· Performing general cleaning in the hotel's common areas such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glass and surfaces, vacuuming and other tasks as needed
· Talking with guests and providing excellent customer service
· Maintaining a positive attitude at all times
HOURS ARE FROM 5AM - 12PM - Must be able to work weekends and holidays!
ServSafe food handler certification is required for this position, however, if you do not currently have the certification, we will pay for you to take the training.
