What You’ll Do:
Own the weekend experience and help guests start (and end) their stay on a high note:
- Greet guests with warmth and handle check-ins/check-outs smoothly during peak times
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and last-minute requests with efficiency
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions, directions, and recommendations
- Resolve concerns quickly to ensure a stress-free, enjoyable stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms guest-ready
- Keep the front desk organized and running seamlessly during high-traffic periods
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dependability and commitment to weekend availability (Friday–Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hotel experience is a plus
