What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at Hampton by Hilton?
We are looking for detail-oriented people to clean guest rooms in an efficient and thorough manner. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as in a team situation. Reliable transportation is a must as well as promptness. Training is provided by housekeeping staff. Candidates MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Perform deep cleaning items when asked by supervisors
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of linens
- Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
