Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff, providing coaching and support to ensure outstanding guest services
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt responses to all guest requests
- Handle guest relations issues promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards and hospitality protocols at all times
- Support the implementation of hospitality management best practices to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a resort or hotel environment
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with front desk operations including guest services, reservations systems, and night audit procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel experience is essential for success
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette in a hospitality setting

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
