Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized filing systems, including digital documents and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed.
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing via QuickBooks, and basic clerical duties.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven office experience with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone communication skills.
