Summary
We are seeking a temporary Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities. This position is responsible for performing routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, bathrooms and hotel corridors. Room attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and should also be able to address basic guest requests and problems should they occur.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and refreshments as needed.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
