Summary
We are seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities. This position is responsible for performing routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, bathrooms and hotel corridors. Room attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and should also be able to address basic guest requests and problems should they occur. Weekends are required (Friday-Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and refreshments as needed.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
