What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Supervisor position at Hampton by Hilton Richland/Tri-Cities?
Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities, the award winning hotel directly off the scenic Columbia River, is looking to add a Housekeeping Supervisor to their hard-working, dedicated Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate would be customer-service driven and passionate about leading the team by example.
The Housekeeping Supervisor position assists the Housekeeping manager and would entail but not limited to the following duties:
· Maintains company cleanliness standards for guestrooms and public areas and performs inspections to ensure standards are met
· Assisting the Housekeeping manager in training and assisting staff in all aspects of housekeeping, including guest service
· Inspect guestrooms daily, advising team of fixes and work that needs redone to hotel standards as needed
· Clean rooms, clean throughout public spaces, and/or do laundry as needed
· Maintain inventory of supplies with Housekeeping manager and ensure staff follows proper inventory/cost control procedures
· Maintain lost and found standards with Housekeeping manager
This position will primarily focus on closing shifts of 9:00am-5:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am-6:00pm on weekends. This position does require such flexibility and working weekends is expected. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits offers after 90 days, 401k benefit after 1 year, and a travel discount program with Hilton Hotels.
