Hampton by Hilton Hastings is seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented team member to join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional guest service. The role combines front desk operations, night audit responsibilities, breakfast setup, and general hotel support duties.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Resolve guest concerns and provide service recovery when needed
- Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily revenue reports
- Prepare reports and ensure a smooth transition to the next business day
- Set up breakfast and prepare coffee for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with hotel operations as needed, including light laundry or housekeeping support
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members
