Front Desk Guest Service Agent (Evening Shift)
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role primarily covers the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, with occasional 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM shifts as needed. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Schedule:
- Primary: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Occasional: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
