We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our fantastic team! We are looking for a friendly, helpful and motivated individual to provide our guests with the highest possible level of service.
As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide friendly, helpful and genuine experiences for our guests at every possible opportunity.
- Give all guests a warm welcome in person and over the phone by registering guests and taking reservations.
- Efficiently handle various payment methods including cash and credit cards, post charges and complete daily shift deposit.
- Enthusiastically solve problems for guests and help ensure all guests are extremely satisfied with their hotel stay.
- Be knowledgeable and compliant with hotel property and Hilton policies and procedures.
Previous hotel experience preferred. Previous Hilton Hotel experienced a plus!
Minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry.
Great communication and computer skills.
Available: days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
