Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, appealing, and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Assist with food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Set up buffet stations or serving areas according to standards, including replenishing items as needed
- Support guest needs by providing friendly service, answering questions about menu options, and accommodating dietary restrictions
- Manage food presentation and portion control to uphold quality standards
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dishes, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the dining space
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments preferred; kitchen experience is a plus, but not a must.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices
- Strong communication skills for guest interactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with cleaning, bussing tables, and general hospitality duties preferred (Will train)
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food handling regulations is highly desirable (Will train)
- Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for guest relations is essential.
