Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Check guests in and out seamlessly, handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety throughout their stay.
  • Support night audit procedures when required, including balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
  • Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
  • Knowledge of guest relations best practices and hotel industry standards.
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when needed.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable.
