Responsibilities:
- Greeting all clients as they enter and leave
- Responding to questions both in-person and on the phone
- Providing accurate information about our services and offerings
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and notes

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience of in-person customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer learning skills
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends: 10-15 hours a week, year-round
- Ability to work long periods of time while standing; walk with ease, move easily up and down stairs able to carry up to 30 lbs.
