SUMMARY
The Inventory Manager will oversee in-store inventory by managing inbound orders, markdowns, and trucks. You will distribute inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize inventory loss. Additionally, you will be mentoring the field to ensure protocols are being met. This position will be working with the farm, vendors, the field team, and management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring in store inventory and proactively looking for errors in the system
- Perform weekly inventory counts on select SKUs/stores to monitor accuracy of inventory
- Working with the field to correct negative inventory to ensure each SKU has the correct on hand.
- Assisting with resolving inventory discrepancies as they come up
- Compiling inventory reports to send out to the field and management
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Order writing for all Depot stores
- Propose strategies to reduce product loss and improve overall sell thru
- Monitoring in bound trucks and working with vendors on any discrepancies
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready to ship
- Adjusting store orders with any product shortage or damaged product that will not ship
- Train new employees on how to manage inventory at store level
- Collaborate with warehouse and field employees to ensure business goals are met
- Report all relevant information to management team.

- Recommend improvements to current processes and protocols
- Additional tasks and projects as defined by manager

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
