- Visually inspect all products for shell or foreign material.
- Transport inspected product to boxing station.
- Ensure that work is performed safely.
- Helps with master sanitation and cleaning schedules (requires some work on Saturdays).
- Understand HACCP program and how it relates to department
- All employees are responsible for Food Safety and Quality and report any incidents involving food safety to his supervisor.
- Performs other duties assigned to them by their Supervisor or Plant Managers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
- Kernel Plant experience preferred
- Must be reliable, honest, productive, and be a team leader. Must exhibit a positive attitude, communicate well with workers, and make good decisions.
