Job Description: Are you an experienced Electrician with proven leadership skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you as an Electrical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our residential Electricians at the Griffin location and building the team at the newly opened Austell location! Work Hours: Hours are 7a - 5p Monday - Friday. There is a requirement to be on call and available to address emergency situations which may arise after hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of skilled electricians across two locations
- Oversee electrical projects from start to finish
- Management of Electrical service teams’ workmanship and customer service metrics
- Lead and mentor a team of apprentices and electricians, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and efficiency
- Ensure all operations comply with industry safety standards and protocols, fostering a culture of safety within the team
- Ability to create strategy and goals for team productivity
- Success in driving revenue/targeted quotas attainment for a division
- Working with the sales team to generate new business opportunities
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate a team of Electrical Technicians
- Oversight of inventory control and equipment maintenance for Electrical Department
- Lead team meetings and present at company-wide meetings
- Budget/KPI implementation and tracking
Skills/Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must pass preemployment drug and background screens
- Must have experience leading people and employee development
- Success in driving revenue/targeted measures for a division
- In-depth understanding of residential electrical systems
- Computer proficiency, experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Service Titan preferred
