Job Description

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) will:

• Provide direct patient care to the residents including bathing, dressing, grooming and maintaining ambulation and mobility
• Is responsible for keeping the residents at their highest functional ability
• Is willing to do restorative programs and complete training.

Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certificate
• Current BLS certification
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Some heavy lifting required
