Job Description
Expectations for this role include scheduling, staffing, and providing a leadership presence in the clinics. Oversight for day-to-day operations will fall within the scope of this position. This position will work in collaboration with other Clinic Management and the Chief of Operations to effectively implement changing best practices and assure communication opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with the State of IL
- Previous Manager experience preferred
- Experience in a Rural Health Clinic preferred
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's degree preferred
